As the pastor of ministry and S.H.A.P.E. discovery at Saddleback Church, Erik Rees has the opportunity to empower thousands of people to find and fulfill their unique life purpose. He is a certified LifePlanning coach who also works with pastors around the world to help them develop life-equipping programs for their churches. Erik has been on staff at Saddleback Church for 10 years and enjoys reading books on servant leadership, significance, spiritual leadership, and organizational development. He lives in Rancho Santa Margarita, California with his wife and three children.
